A very nice, modern hotel, but very hard to find!
It is hard to get to. Use coordinates for GPS!
The staff are great! They are really helpful.
The only thing that was missing was free wifi in the rooms. They are still on wired broadband that you pay for.
Staff were efficient and helpful, bistro just what we needed.Room had sufficient pillows.
Although a double room the lights could only be on or off including the bedside lights. This meant no option for one of us reading while the other slept.
The price was good for the location right next to the shopping centre.
The two complaints are the restaurant and the bed. The quality of the food at the restaurant was quite poor, I expected something good. We were served chicken wings that were not cooked through. Situation was rectified but by then lost appetite. Secondly, the bed was quite uncomfortable, mattress too springy and soft and pillows hard. Lastly the room could do with a small freezer for the category it is in.
central location, iron and board in room, ice bucket in room and ice machine available, car park, friendly staff
no extra blanket/bed linen, silicone sealant in shower poorly presented (needs replacing), no sound on tv
Quality of room..when we did have a query about something the syaff were really good at making sure that all was well. Free parking. So close to shops.
did not like the £3.50 room service charge.
Central location with good sized well furnished clean and tidy rooms.
Disappointed with the cost of breakfast and that we were not offered an all-in rate including breakfast when we booked.
Being right next to cabot circus, but room was specious, clean and quiet
The main attraction was the proximity to the city centre and the availability of parking. However, on arrival the adjacent ncp car park was closed as it was full. The hotel allowed us to park in their own very small parking area and advised us to move the vehicle to the NCp before the evening as it was more secure. Apparently the ncp is ofetn closed mid afternoon on saturdays so I would avoid arriving at that time again. The rooms were amazing for the price we paid, enormous comfy beds, and all the usual extra you expect in a aquality establishment. Breakfast was also vey good and plentiful. I would definintely return.
Just the car park, but I know how to avoid any problems now.
From arrival to departure the staff were friendly and went out of their way to help. The rooms were larger then we were used to and we would definitely recommend this hotel.
The only complaint that we had was that the lighting in the room was not very good, rather dim
Free & easy parking.Fantastic hub for shopping/events and having a good time.
The location was fantastic with it being bang so central with all the shops etc right on your doorstep. Staff were very polite and helpful and the access to free parking in the secure mutli-story next door was fab. Would highly recommend and will be happy to visit again.
great location, clean large rooms excellant food and drink
I asked for a quiet room and was pleased that we were given one. The beds were comfortable and the shower was very good. I especially liked the layout of the bathroom.
It was very difficult to find! We felt that 1 bottle of water and 2 tea-bags was very mean for a double room.
